You can customize your army's color and army icon. Mine is
a white wolf. You can chose from a selection of preset icons
and colors. You can change the primary color, secondary color,
and your icon color. You can also customize your enemies colors
and icon. You do all of this when you initially create your
user profile.
So far I'm doing alright. The first enemy wave is diminishing
but the second wave is on it's way. The enemy also deployed
a Trebuchet! It will take several arrows to disable it because
it is strong against pierce damage. If only I had some fire
arrows.
Ouch! That trebuchet did a lot of damage, and I spent
so much time trying to take it out that the second wave was
able to steal my flag! They won't get far though.
You can also leave your casle if you decide to be bold and
face your enemies at ground level. Notice how the orientation
of your bow changes. Perhaps it is easier to aim at point
blank range, but there are drawbacks to leaving the safety
of your castle as you'll see in the next couple of screenshots.
OUCH! A trebuchet's projectile straight to the head! Good
thing your character is a hero and has a few extra hit points.
But now that he just has a sliver of life, it might be a good
idea to take cover back in the castle...
Run little man!
You died. A hero can only take so many trebuchet shots to
the head before it's Game Over.
But don't worry. You can always replay the level from the
beginning and all of your xp is added from the previous round.
You can even buy more Upgrades to help you defeat the level.
