Screenshot Sequence of how the terrain slopes effect the movement speed of the units. Units move faster going down hill and slower going up hill. The speed difference is proportional to the angle of the terrain.
Starts off kind of flat.
Notice the clumping of troops at the beginning of the small hill. Also notice how the horsemen have taken an extra lead as they go faster down the small hill.
Notice the clumping at the bottom of the big hill. The units in the back catch up to the slow moving units going up the big hill.
This aspect of the game will offer opportunities to take advantage of your terrain. For example, perhaps you wait to fire a bomb arrow until the units are bunched up together.
